This is a ‘show up, go up’ open mic hosted by Canton Comedy Boom’s K.C. Curry, and a favorite among seasoned comics from both near and far. And thanks to a 20% service industry discount, this open mic is also a favorite for bar and restaurant workers.
Canton Comedy Boom hosts this open mic every Tuesday night. We welcome new and developing comics to try out their material in a peer-supported environment. Some of Ohio’s best comics have used this mic to work on jokes, providing a rare opportunity for the public to experience the talent of up-and-coming comics in this cozy coffee shop.

The Daily Pressed is a European style coffee shop and brunch spot during the day, and a full-service cocktail bar by night. The bar also offers burger and quesadilla specials during the open mic. And because it shares a building with Twisted Tomato Pizzeria and Beer Wall our guests can easily order drinks and food from either establishment to enjoy during the show.
